First, Inc. supports and assists employees with the employee
assistance programs. One of the core technologies of EAP is to
assist the substance abuse impaired employee in getting proper
help. This includes networking with outside treatment resources,
such as Recovery First, Inc.
All EAP interactions with the employee are strictly
confidential. If you are a union member, you may find the same
type of assistance through your member's assistance program,
your shop steward, or union president. Please feel free to
contact us, and one of our knowledgeable representatives will
assist you with any further questions that you may have.
Discretion in an EAP is paramount and therefore all contact with
your employee assistance program is confidential. |
